San Francisco Sex Information (SFSI) is a non-profit organization established in 1973 to address a need for free, confidential, accurate, non-judgmental information about all aspects of human sexuality, including reproduction, birth control, safer sex practices, HIV and other STDs, sexual identity, and gender identity. Volunteers with this organization undergo an extensive 60-hour training (offered twice a year, in Fall and Spring), and may take an exam to become officially endorsed by the organization.

Aivy graduated from SFSI's 2015 spring training cohort and served on the SFSI Training Staff from 2016-2019. She is a SFSI-endorsed sex educator.
